Some weather records may be smashed this week, as Germany braces for its first heat wave of the year. The temperature will rise steadily throughout the week, before hitting a high point on Friday, when the 37-degree mark can be broken.
The German Weather Service (DWD) wrote in its daily report on Monday, noting that two strong weather fronts (“Una” and “Zoe”) will bring a full load of hot air to Germany over the next week.
